Help with Homework

Hey i got a question on #41 of tonights homework

(a-5) - (a+7) is lesser then or equal to 4
The a-5 and a+7 are both square rooted

What should I do?

I dont know if i should square both or use the Foil method
If u have any ideas that could help i would appreciate it.

If you're squaring them, definitely use FOIL.
