Why would you have to deal with decimals if you use synthetic division?
in the divisor there is 2x-3, so you would have to divide the whole equation by 2, so you would have to deal with fractions or decimals
the best way to divide this equation would be long division. it would be this way because with synthetic division, you would have to deal with fractions when you divide everything by 2...=)
